School Incursions

About School Incursions

Screen Clubs will offer incursions for School Teachers and Coordinators who want to expand their class’ teamwork and creative skills. These will run in 60 minute to half-day blocks and can be tailored to meet the students’ needs.

Incursions that will be offered are:

Movie Magic

A 60 minute crash course in narrative Film/TV production. Students will participate in a round robin covering each role found on a film set before recording a short scene that the group can take home.

Price: $32/student (minimum of 10 students)

Broadcast Basics

A 60 minute crash course in Broadcast Television and Video Podcasting. Students will participate in a round robin covering each role in a TV Studio before recording a short segment that the group can take home.

Price: $30/student (minimum of 10 students)

Reel Things

A 60 minute crash course in narrative vertical Film/TV production. Students will participate in a round robin covering each role found on a film set before recording a short vertical scene that the group can take home.

Price: $32/student (minimum of 10 students)

Flexible Option

Everything here is on the table. We will work with you to tailor a workshop for your students that suits their needs. These could run anywhere from two hours to a full day in either Broadcast, Video Podcasting or Film/TV production. This is the best option for VCE-VM classes or groups with special needs.
